How to import DataSet when define new material in HFSS

In HFSS when define a new frequency dependent material, I need to import a DataSet for the permeability. However, HFSS only allows .pts file ( Tab Separated Points File). So anybody knows how to tranlate .txt file into .pts file? Or how to create a .pts file with self-defined datasheet?

Need help!

I figured it out. By renaming a .txt file to .pts file,it worked for HFSS.
