Hi, is it possible to use COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate microwave attenuation in a liquid located at the center of a rectangular waveguide (Industrial Microwave Heating A.C. Metaxas and R.J. Meredith, see Fig. 1)?

I have identified the equation governing this attenuation and am seeking an independent method for cross-validation.

As long as you satisfy all the boundary conditions, and provide the liquid properties,, including is loss parameters, for the calculations, your finw.

thank hacksaw, come back after simulation completion.
