HOW TO GET RID OF CAM PERMANENT TOOL DISPLAY IN LAYERS

Hi,

I am making seed file for manufacturing template, so i copied my previous mfg file and deleted all components and tool path but in layers still it's showing permanent tool display how to get rid of them in layers. I did Part clean up also but no luck

This does not look familiar at all.
Where did you get the original part?
Is it from an OOTB template or sample?
