How to extract a chart trendline formula into a cell

Is it possible to take a chart formula based on a trendline and put the formula in a cell(s) so I can use it to calculate Y values for any given X? I would like to be able to separate the individual components of the formula into different cells

For example

y=.6x+50 would be

A1: 0.6
A2: 50
