How to enable belts in mechanism Pro\E4.0

Hi,
I'm using proE 4.0 & i want to make belt mechanism . My problem is that there is no belts command in mechanism module . i have seen a you tube video in which there is belts command . How to enable belts command in ProE 4.0

that's available in wildfire 5.0.
