How to draw split lines in 2D axisymmetric nonlinear simulation

Can anyone tell me how i can draw split lines in an 2D axisymmetric nonlinear simulation. I want to do this in order to use the mesh control function on them, to increase the nodes in the critical areas, and reduce run time. I am using SW 2016.
