how to draw a transfer plate?

Hello everyone. i am doing a design project and need to draw a transfer plate but I don't have any experience on it. I have built a ETABS model.
Could someone teach me how to draw a transfer plate?

Transfer slabs do not differ from usual slabs in terms of modeling.
