I'm a civil engineer practicing more on structural engineering. I'm searching manuals, references, spreadsheets, etc...which can help me how to design concrete shear wall specially shear wall supporting elevators in high rise buildings. Any body can give techniques, the approach, and what to be consider in designing shear wall specially to design it by manual.
