How to create a Spiral Wound Gasket in FEM - MSC Marc

I've to study a pump under the internal pressure. The model of the pump is composed by two parts: the body and his cover; between these two parts there is a gasket, in particular a spiral wound gasket. I use Marc MSC to analyze the entire model with a non-linear static simulation.

1 - Is there a table, available on Web for free, to take the parameters related to the gasket?
2 - Which type of elements can I use to create the spiral wound gasket?
3 - Are there same examples about this particular gasket,on web to see and to study?
