Could someone please tell me how to convert
a gear profile error unit TE to some commonly
used units such as mm or inch.

I have a table generated by a Klingelnberg machine:

Act. value [te]:
Total Er. 36.8, 35.3, 35.2
Form Er. 31.5, 29.6 ...

Thanks

Are these units micrometers?
Do you have a manual?

Thank you, diamondjim! I've got a
response from the company which produced
such chart. the TE stands for ten-thousandth inch.
