How to convert a 3D solid created in MATLAB to dxf file

Please i would like to convert a Geometry that i have created in MATLAB, into a dxf file so that i can open it with a CAD software. Thank you

10 seconds on Google shows that there is detailed (is 296 pages detailled enough?) description of the DXF file format available for download from the autodesk website.
