how to calcate beat dicipation in oil cooler

The heat "dicipation" in an assumed passive oil cooler is probably

Q=mdot*Cp*(Tin-Tout)

Where
Q=heat dissipation,
Cp=specific heat of oil,
mdot=mass flow rate of oil through cooler,
Tin=inlet temperature,
and
Tout=outlet temperature

This is pretty basic stuff. Are you an engineer?

Your OP lacks explanation. Are you trying to cool down the oil within the containment with cooling coils or by ambient conditions, or are you trying to figure out the cooling model of the parts being immersed within the oil cooler. Also you should give a physical description of the entire setup as well as the temperatures with which you are involved in this process.
