Gentleman,
I will like to know how to apply a load like:
q = 300t, where t is time. When apply this load the program in assign uniform loads , the progrman does not give the option to apply it.
There is another way to applied it?
Thanks in advance

Hi.

First you need to define a loading function and then create a time history load case to scale your load with this function.
The proper procedure should be something like this:
- Apply your uniform loads with a unit value to your structure;
- Define your loading function (may be unitary as well) in Define->Functions->Time history;
- Define your Time History Load Case in Define->Load Case->Add new load case->Load case type=Time History (you can define your scale factor =300 here);
- Analyze structure.

Hope it helps.

Thank´s avscorreia,

I follow your indications, and worked.
Thanks again,
