How to Add Compression Only Support

I'm analyzing compression unit with round(Plastic), once screw enter and thread engage the compression unit wall expand and touch the outer steel shaft. All mean idea is to use this compression unit is to fixed the shaft rotation.
How can I setup this compression only support in order to measure screw force for compression unit require.
