How to add a leader in a drawing

Just a leader with nothing attached? You can put in leader text and just leave the text blank or, if you are wanting to add an extra leader to a ballon or a flag note you can right mouse click on the note or balloon and select add vertex and then select the point at which you want the arrow to point.
