How shall I calculate cooling rate

How shall I calculate cooling rate of steel during welding. I have maximum heat input for every pass of welding , welding speed, area of the welding portion and welding drawing. can any body help me to calculat the cooling rate of the steel after welding.

You do not indicate the type of welding or the thickness/type of material. I must ask why do you need to know this?
