Hello,
I have a LED lighting fixture powered via Ethernet (PoE). Power consumption is: 5-10W @ approx. 48Vdc.
The Ethernet cable is plugged in the fixture into a standard Rj45 receptacle.
The lighting fixture is designed for recessed installation in the ceiling, so the Ethernet cable and the connection are recessed too.

I'd like to install the fixture into a Chicago plenum ceiling:
= I have found Ethernet cables and connectors with UL rating for plenum.
= The lighting fixture has the housing made of sheet metal; the construction apparently meets the Chicago plenum, except for the small rectangular opening of the Ethernet jack Rj45.

Is there any chance this construction and installation comply with the Chicago Code?
If not, what can be done to adapt it?
