My client require 4 speciment for Tensile (Root and Face), 8 Speciment for bend test (Root and Face), 8 set CVN (WM, FL, FL+2, FL+5 for Root and Face) for thickness 50mm. I checked in AWS D1.1 but i don't see where require this. Pls clarify to me.Thanks

If you are able to do full thickness tensile tests, then 2 tests are enough. However, because of testing machine limitation one need to prepare a lesser thickness specimen, normally 40mm max. In such case, you have to take two overlapping root and face side specimens for testing, ie. 2 sets of root and face side specimens. There is no such need for bend tests.
