How does aluminum behave on prolonge contact time with deodorized edible oil?

I'm going to buy few flow meters, and I have two bodie's options, first - aluminum, the other - stainless steel.

Why I have doubts about stainless steel? Well the price, aluminum flowmeters are 50% cheaper.

How does aluminum behave on prolonge contact time with deodorized edible oil?

Under "Material" choose aluminum.

Under "Chemical" choose from the myriad oils in the list. I clicked "Oil - Corn" and it resulted in and excellent compatibility.
