How do you stretch a sketch?

I do not want to scale the whole sketch I just want it stretched in the x direction by 1.5%.

The only way that I can find to do this is to compute the angle and then project the sketch onto another plane, after that pull the sketch off of the tilted plane and put it back to flat. Is there a nicer way to do this?

Auto CAD would let you stretch the sketch in one step just input the scale.

Thanks

I want to stretch the hole sketch.

Elements that are completely inside the fence are moved. Elements that overlap the fence are stretched.

So I would need the fence to overlap everything.

Thanks
