how do you prepare concrete cube

If you are in India - check out the Indian Standards. Cubes used more in Asia and former British colonies rather than US/Canada where cylinders are used. Can also check out Neville and Brook Concrete Technology - they likely have the procedure in the book. Be careful, though, for different countries use slightly different methods for filling and tamping the cubes (or cylinders).
