I am currently looking at a pressure vessel that is made from low temperature carbon steels i.e. ASTM A350 LF2, ASTM A333 gr.6 etc.

Could any one please advise what requirements I should incorporate into my enquiry for purchasing of the materials other than NACE MR-01-75/ISO 15156.

1. To be HIC resistance.

2. Make sure the sulfur is very low less than 0.002

There were some previous, recent and fairly extensive threads on this subject that will give you good info. I think the subject was "What makes steel HIC resistant?".
