I solve a model with material with anisotropic expansion coefficient. now I have the Residual Stress solution. I want to apply this field as input to another model with same geometry and same mesh of the first one but different materials. Is it possible to do that and in case how?
Thanks

Iàve already seen with *MAP SOLUTION that does what I want but the results are not what I was expecting for. I think the second solution should me SIGINI, shouldn't be? What are the main differences betwenn these two commands?

Since you have only discrete mises stresses, it is hard. If you can somehow get the stress components, then using *initial conditions, type=stress.
