I'm working on a compression molding process with ERC, and I want to avoid the sticking material in the plunger I aprecited your help with any suggestion.

Currently one of our divisions is using compression molding on a thermoset laminate. They seem to put a bit of wax on the thermoset so when it gets compressed, it wont stick.
