Can Zinc rich epoxy alone be used under hot insulation temperature range 60-80degree?

Epoxies will withstand continuous exposure to 60-80 C, and the addition of Zn won't change that. Yes, you can insulate lines coated with Zn rich epoxy if your service temperature will only be 60-80 C.

Thanks Moltenmetal,
But isn't zinc prone to formation of rusting under insulation when moisture ingress.
I would appreciate your response.

Thanks.

What if temperature is up to 120 degree continous.

120 C is marginal for an ordinary epoxy. It will be more protective than no coating, but not as protective as if it were operating cooler.
