Hi,
For my senior design project we are working on a bridge that contains horizontally curved steel beams that are gravity loaded. Does anyone have any tips or resources on designing beams which are bent in plan view and subjected to a uniform load! Any help is much appreciated!

Best,
MH

There is an AISC Design guide for curved beams that will likely be a helpful resource for not only the background references, but also practical design methods.

Note that this document will likely pertain primarily to buildings. I would seek references in AASHTO as well.
