Hole's and linear dimensions

Im having problems when I use the linear references with holes. It lets me input the first refence dimension, but on the second it comes up with it own? when I change it it changes back.....I have to okay then go back and use modify to correct it? whats up with that.

try to play around with selection of refernces ,when u enter in the intent manager or in to the 'hole creation window'.u ll come to know a lot about dimensioning style
