Hole Wizard stops working in assembly files

I have run into an issue when trying to use H-W to make holes in an assembly. I am able to create 5 or 6 H-W features then, for some reason, H-W is no longer available (the button is grayed out). It's like I've hit some limit. I also can not make H-W available again by deleting some of the previously created features or saving and re-opening the file. Once I hit the limit, I'm done. Has anyone else seen this and is there a fix?

I've not seen or heard that ... installing the latest SP might help. ????
