SW 2019 SP5 is showing me the wrong size of the hole H1.It should be 26,4 but for some reason it's not. However SW did make it a separate H row and not with the F-row that is 28mm.

Thank you for the advice. I was using direct editing to offset the wall of the hole and there was the problem.
