Hole Table anchor point

While trying to use the hole table feature, I can't seem to get the table to attach to the anchor point.

Round#1: While inserting the table, I realized that I hadn't set the anchor point, so I ended the function and went and set the anchor point.

Round#2: Having set the anchor point, I went to insert the table again, but still could not attach to the anchor point.

Round#3: I went through the system and document properties to see if I had missed anything, nothing seemed to be out of the obvious.

The check box still seems to be grayed out for some reason.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I found it. I didn't realize that my drawing template didn't have the Hole Table Anchor1 folder under the sheet format template folder.

I started a template from scratch which had the table property controls and all is well now.
