Hole Callouts on Flat Patterns ???

I'm having a small issue with hole call outs. I have a bent up bracket and a drawings which shows the bent part as well as the flat pattern. On the bent up view I can use the hole call out without problems but on the flat pattern when I use hole call out I just get the tap drill size. Has anyone had this problem before ? SW 2006 sp4.1

Works fine for me in SW06-SP5.

Are you using the Hole Wizard?

Yep using hole wizard and putting in 6-32 tapped hole.
