is the modulus in tension or compression?
if compression - consider some ceramics such as MACOR.
some other nonmetals such as torlon or ultem, strong materials and low conductivity, modulus not as high as titanium
How about a Ni or Co based superalloy. The TC will only be slightly lower (~5-6), but the modulus will be over 200GPa.
And a number of these grades are commonly used at cryo temps (625).
You might even look at 316L stainless.
Your best bet is to make sure that the part is in compression and use a ceramic.
