Can anyone give me some tips about grounding high voltage cables for substations? There is an existing substation and ground, but it will undergo construction because the building is dilapidated. I'd just like some input on how to ground high voltage cables ( 13.2 kV). Thanks

High Voltage grounding for substations

What do you intend to ground:
a)cable shield-if the cable remains in operation.
b)single conductor at both ends-in order to avoid induced voltage build-up from adjacent cables in operation.
c)both conductor and the shield for the same reason as in point b.
