High Speed Axial Fan Design

I am looking for an axial fan that will turn at 7,000 RPM, provide 1,500 CFM airflow at 0.6" H2O backpressure, and have a noise level of 70 dBA or less at 1m.

Can anyone assist in the design of this fan?

Sure, how much are you paying?

Does it really have to turn that fast - a bigger slower fan would make far more sense. Cheers
