Hi,
We have a open channel canal connected to a 1 meter diameter cast iron pipeline (800 meters) working as a siphone connected to another open canal for irrigating several farms on the other end. It looks the pipeline is clogged due to sedimentation / slitting. Any body can suggest as to how - we can do internal profiling of the pipelines for detecting silting etc..?Thanks

Sounds like you need a Contractor who specializes in scoping out pipe lines. They can put a camera down the line and record obstructions. To keep solids moving, you need at least 2 ft/sec. (as per Plumbing codes).
