Translation into English can be a son of a gun. I believe that the OP is asking if welded joints of piping system can be supported. Is that correct, OP?

As the question per IRstuff, IMO, the pipe joint located on the support is not an ideal for the weld inspection and may be a potential issue , such as corrosion, line pocket, local stress concentration point, etc.
