Hertzian Stress on pin and bushing

Is there a simplified formula for hertzian stress and contact area for a pin in a bushing? What makes my problem more complicated is that the loading is not purely radial. I have an offset radial load such that the pin
will theoretically be in point contact on the top of the pin at one end and point contact on the bottom of the pin on the other end. In other words the load is radial to the pin and bushing, but a distance out from the end of the bushing.

I do not think that this actally a Herzian case. Since the pin diameter and bushing hole are very close in dimensions you couls assume that the pin is pressed approximately ove 120 degrees of the bushing hole circumference along a line (on both sides). The width of the line will be determined by the reaction forces on both edges of the bushing.
