It looks like a straight protrusion with a filleted bottom?


It looks like a swept blend would suffice. Create the top as a datum curve. Add points to each midpoint of the radii or sketch seperate arcs. Create a swept blend using the 2 end points and your 2 created points or arc end points.


I tried a variable section sweep which did not work.
