Help with Paymnet Requisitions on Primavera Expedition

How do I delete & start a new requesition?
We tried deleting a req & starting it over & now it is stuck on the req. When we try to create a new req (the next one in numerical sequence) it wont let us.

Our assistant is out on maternity leave and we're stuck!
