Help with MathCAD document review

I have entered the ASME Appendix 13 calculations for a rectangular pressure vessel per sketch 1 into MathCAD.

My ASME calculation accuracy, also ways to format my document.
What kind of layout would work best for this type of application.

Yes, I think you should add sketches. That's mathcad's biggest weakness in my opinion.

If you are using US units beware. Mathcad calculations using US units are not entirely accurate.
