help with auto constraint

whenever i want to draw a line from a quadrant point of a circle, an automatic tangent constraint pops up between the two curves. therefore the line is never from the quadrant point. it always shifts along the circle. please help me. thanks in advance.

Uncheck tangent constraint in Inferred constraints and dimensions dialog. It should work as you intended now.
