Help using spinal bend to bend solid Part

Hi I am newbie.
I am having trouble drawing bend part. I usually draw bend part manually (not using any advanced feature). And My boss told me that my drawing bend part has less precision compare to original drawing.
I found out in this forum, that we can bend solid part using spinal bend feature. So I have tried to learn this feature since 2 days ago. But I have trouble drawing this part:

I have tried to use any spinal bend feature, but whatever I do, the best result was like this one:

Have you considered using the Sheetmetal Module?
