We need help interpreting FAA-STD-019e sections 4.1.1.2.4.2 and 4.2.1.6 for a I/O panel grounding application entering a facility from a tower. We are familiar with the Motorola R56 requirements where the ground bus bar is separate from the metal bulkhead connector panel (i/o panel) , but are unclear how FAA-STD-019e requirements can be sealed.
