Dear any one!
i begin with mechania in pro/wildfire 4.0, I want to calculate force for this model follow. please who can help me?

File attact here:

Thanks & regard

Create a parameter called FORCE and give it a start value.

When you create the load enter FORCE as the value.

Run a static analysis.

Run a global sensitivity study and select the parameter
FORCE as your variable. Give it a min and a max.

The results graph should give you an idea of how much force
it will take to get to the tensile yield strength of your
material.

If this is a two-force member (tension/compression only) then the stress in the member can be simply calculated in closed form. Regardless of the approach taken for calculating the stress (closed form or FEA) you still need to know your success criteria. To what stress level are you comfortable designing to? Is this a static strength problem, fatigue, etc.

Software alone will not tell you what to do - you still need to know your design requirements.

Dear.

thanks for help me, but i have change for design.

I try to make this part, but the first, I want to analysis in pro/w.

any one can help me how to make this model.

good ideas please advice.

thanks

What is the failure criteria? X% of material yield, yield, fracture, etc?

Is the loading purely axial? Any bending?

This is either a very simple problem not requiring anything more than closed-form calculations or it is a highly non-linear problem not solvable in Mechanica.

Which one is it?

dear.

This model must to bearing traction and revolve.
