Help in Etabs

Hi I am Etabs new user
I am modeling a building in Etabs columns and shear walls
I want to make columns take 25% from the lateral loads
Please give me steps to do that

Create 2nd model and apply 25% of your lateral loads. Reduce shear stiffness coefficient for shear walls.
