HEAT SOURCE MODEL?

Heyy all,

I try to model a heat source and warming of it on another something which is far away enough. Should I model heat source by "hetval" or "dflux"? I am not modelling welding. Just I try to model phone (heat source) heating to brain. But phone is simple thing for heating, I mean it is just thinked heat source not more.
