Interesting, but I am skeptical as to whether that will work. The patent is from 1982 and I'm not aware of this being commercialized anywhere. The concept uses the vaporizing fluid to drive an eductor (venturi). This creates a lower pressure that will raise liquid (droplets - not a solid column) from the condenser area to the liquid resevoir just below the evaporator area. Then capillary action must move liquid from the lower pressure resevoir to the higher pressure evaporator. It seems almost to be perpetual motion but I can't say for sure. The eductor could help to raise fluid but the pressure to operate the eductor works against the capillary part which also already has to work against gravity. I'll have to think about this one.
