Any design input for making a heat exchanger to regulate the discharge temperature of compressed nitrogen gas for flightline use (i.e. service struts & tires). HX to be sized so that discharge temperature is -60F or warmer with constant supply of nitrogen at flow rates up to 32 SCFM. Fan supplied with HX shall be driven by a motor that operates from compressed nitrogen as well.

Al is commonly used for pure gas HX applications.
If your pressures are too high for reasonable wall thickness then move to SS.
