Heat Exchange System Sourcing and Very rough Calcs

Here's what I know:
I have a need to heat de-ionized water in one fluid circuit
Temperature of the DI water will be incoming at 20C
Temperature of the outgoing water needs to be 90 to 95 +/- 3C

I have a need to heat a water/IPA mix in another fluid circuit
Temperature of the IPA will be incoming at 20C
Temperature of the outoing water needs to be no more than 65 C +0 or - 3C

Maximum flow rate = 2.4 liters per minute
Pressure of the IPA or DI water = 1 ATM
Flow of the fluids will be by gravity until the bottom of the heating exchanger where I need a pump to convey the fluids approximately 15 feet in the air and 20 feet horizontally. Fluids will then fall by gravity onto our product

Fluids need to be heated in a single pass through the heat exchanger.
Sanitary construction practices are required with a minimum 32ra interior finish and minimum 2B exterior finish
Triclamp Fittings are required throughout
Heat exchanger can use other fluids such as ethylene glycol to heat the DI or IPA.
In the IPA heat exchanger I cannot exceed a surface temperature of 65C which I'm told is the flashpoint of the mixture

We need to heat all fluids electrically. Steam or gas is not available on-site


Here's what I dont know
I dont know what % mix of glycol and water we would need
I dont know what flows and pressures we would need on the glycol side of the circuit
I dont know what tube/pipe diameters are required
I dont know what size the system would need to be.
I'm looking for vendor recommendations that can fill in the missing pieces of information and who can build me a heat exchanger system including all of the necessary electrical heating elements and controllers on a turn-key basis.

We have some mechanical design and fabrication ability, in-house so we could manufacture mounting brackets, skids, motor and tank mounts etc but I would be heavily reliant upon the tank/vessel/heat exchanger vendor to perform the heating and control functions.
