Headed Concrete Stud Design per PCI 5th Edition

Just a couple of things I would try:
1. Call PCI and see if they have one.
2. Check ACI, their new ACI-318-02 code, Appendix D covers embedded anchors. They have design examples that you could follow and develop your own spreadsheet for calcs.
3. The Concrete Reinforcing Institute (CRSI) had a series of programs for R/C design and MAY have something like that. They sponsored contests for simple programs a few years ago and published a number of them. I have a few, they are inexpensive and pretty helpful.
